Keep a long story short, we decided to close down Street Politik Records. Brooklyn had the papers ready to be signed. It seemed both parties were goin' into different directions, and had different views of how the label was going. But on some real talk, it was the right move. Nothin' personal and alla that, but strictly business. Matter of fact, after signin' all that paper work shit, me, Ja'Ron, Mya, and Brooklyn decided to hit up the club a bit and watch the end of that Lakers/Magic game. All turned out for the best, I ain't gonna front, and it don't rule out any other potential business ventures with them in the near future. After the club, me and Ja'Ron had our own little meetin', and we, with a few changes in management, and prepared legal papers, decided that I'mma be running Frontline Records; the label I am originally signed to. Speakin' of which, where the fuck Jynx been at? .......My nigga, Shon Parks and homegirl, Dewitt Tower, along with a couple of others will be on the Frontline label. I was also eye-ballin' a few others around these parts that I was interested in doing some business with and maybe signing. I might have Vavali... Or/and maybe Nef or 'Nielle do some research shit for me, and maybe check up on my lounge/bar [ Remedy ] too, while I handle my business here.. I'unno yet. Just thoughts. We'll see, though. I've seen a couple of heads that caught my eye but nothing more than that. I'mma see that's good though, and keep on making this crack music. We go hard, baby. I've decided to hand down my duties to my Apparel Group company. Honestly, I don't have much time like I use to actually sit down know what's really popping on the daily, and the best decision for me was to give the responsibilities to my number two. I'ma still have the final say with shit but running the day to day operations? Not no more. And on some real shit, I can't be bothered with that. I ain't getting any younger, and when I ain't handling my business kicking the fuck back on some chill shit is the thing to do. We'll see how this shit is gonna go, though. I have actually been cuttin' it up and working on some beats for overseas star, Ms. Alexandra Delgado. She one fiery dame, I'ma give her that much, and she has been singing internationally for about six years or so. With her coming to the LA now, I think she has great potential to make some US dollars. We are in the works, and in talks about some tour with some peeps on JMC and Street Politik workin' and joinin' her. Near future ish, though, so we'll see how that pans out. Who knows... With my recruitin' skills maybe we'll work something out and see her with a Street Politik chain, ya feel? But yeah, I'm real interested to see how things are gonna turn out. Being back in the studio playin' CEO, is itchin' me to drop another album. Last album I dropped was a mixtape when I was fuckin' with 'Nef, and when Vavali wanted to shank, and merk me. The rap game though has been real dry, and other shit I am involved in, turned me away from any future recordings. I mean, I do a few features here and there, and guest appearances, but nothin' LP album wise for this year.... Yet. I'm layin' low, making decisions beind the scenes, and I'm real straight with that. We gonna see what's poppin' real soon, though. I know, my PR chick, Olivia, is encouraging me to drop somethin' this year, or next. But you know how them folks are... Aha. Messin'. But had to vent for a second there.   In about two hours, me and my crew are gonna be headin' down to Washington, D.C., to take part in Inauguration.  Needed to finish and handle some business before makin' my presence own, though, which is why we gettin' ready now. I'm real hyped, as one should be; plus, I'm a sucker for history.  I am jettin' the G-4 down there before Tuesday to take part in a few things I agreed to do and got a couple scheduled interviews with some media folks. Just basic shit -- thoughts on economy, the Pres., my music, business, etc... Nothin' to stress about because... been there, done that, plenty of times.
